Gran Cru is our purest expression of this landscape: a single-varietal oil, pressed from early-harvest olives grown in mineral-rich soils under the Sicilian sun.
On the nose, it offers notes of green tomato and aromatic herbs. On the palate: fresh almond, cut grass, and a soft, peppery finish that lingers with grace.

Grown on sun-drenched, organically farmed groves in southeastern Sicily, this oil reveals an intensely aromatic profile: intensely fruity with pronounced notes of green tomato, freshly cut grass, and fresh aromatic herbs.

Our Reserve Blend is a vibrant expression of Sicily’s biodiversity. Crafted from organically farmed Tonda Iblea, Biancolilla, and Nocellara olives, this extra virgin olive oil offers bold green aromas of tomato leaf, wild herbs, and fresh almond.
Filtered for purity and produced in small batches, it finishes with a peppery note that enhances its structure and elegance.

Behind the Bottle
Each detail of Oleaviva, from the silhouette of the bottle to the botanical motifs on the label, was personally imagined and designed by our founder, Chiara. She intended to create an olive oil that speaks not only through its taste, but also through its form.
The Gran Cru bottle, with its ivory tones and golden accents, reflects purity and elegance. The Reserve Blend, with its deeper color, evokes structure, depth, and bold character. Both are adorned with painted botanical illustrations, echoing the biodiversity of the land, the wild herbs and native blooms that thrive among the olive trees, and the aromatic notes that rise from every pour.
