The Oleaviva Club is designed to ensure continuity and access, not obligation. You choose your oil and delivery rhythm, and you remain free to pause, skip, or cancel at any time. There is no minimum duration and no penalty for pausing or canceling.

Yes.
The Club can be gifted for a defined period of time, without auto-renewal. It is a one-time experience designed to unfold slowly, bottle by bottle. For gifting options, visit the Oleaviva Gift page.
You can pause, skip, swap, cancel, or modify your subscription by logging into your subscription account. If you need to update your address or your order frequency, log in and make changes at least 5 days before your next order is scheduled to ship! If you're having any trouble, simply get in touch via concierge@oleaviva.com
Your subscription renews automatically on the same date as your original purchase, using the payment method you previously saved.
If you need to update or modify your subscription, you can do so in your account settings before your order is processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, charges are non-refundable. However, you can cancel or adjust future shipments at any time.
We ship internationally with premium carriers to ensure your oil arrives fresh and in perfect condition. Availability and duties may vary by destination.
